The assignment: Help our people from Sales and After Sales to get more out of customer contact.
The result: All Fiat vendors and Service Advisors visited the beautiful Klarenbeek for the introduction of the Fiat 500L Living & Trekking. Interaction and customer contact were central during the training.
To create involvement with the material, we introdcued a team battle. What was at stake? Workshop points! Sales and After Sales teams entered the battle against each other. The final was a pitch by the best two teams. The winning team went home with a nice prize. And the non-winning teams with new knowledge and skills.
