How do we get more revenue from work orders?
The assignment: Find out what our billing quality is and whether more can be obtained from our work orders.
The result: We made clear how between 22% and 37% more – depending on the location – labor turnover can be obtained from the same work orders. We then advised to make better use of the standard system. Our proposal for small adjustments in the workshop process has contributed to more sales.
