How do we improve the financial insight of our people?

The assignment: Teach the middle management to run a dealer company.

The result: In the dealer simulation, participants turned the knobs of a virtual car company themselves. With this, their financial insight improved. In order to increase the effectiveness by (tenths of) percentages, steering only on gut feelings is not enough.

Attendees:

  • experienced that steering on figures is crucial
  • experienced how sales and after sales are connected to each other
  • experienced that small decisions can have major consequences
