The assignment (to ourselves): Organize an inspiring, meaningful day for managers, gaining new insights in the field of learning and personal development.
The result: In the summer AutomotivePlus organized the ‘The day of the wind through your head’. Speaker Manon Ruijters shared her scientific knowledge about learning and development. This provided all participants with valuable input in terms of getting the maximum out of employees. During the relaxed wind-through-your-head tour, all new insights fell into place and valuable connections were made.
